Kubota L3010 price

Looking at at 2003 L3010 with 5' brush hog, front end loader, box blade, discs, and 20' foot trailer with electric brakes. 300 hours. Guy is asking $15,500. Haven't seen it in person, but photos look good.

Looks like a good deal. Can someone who knows more about used tractor prices tell me if it sounds good?
